Paul Hahn
Mr. Hahn represents large multi-national to midsized and small commercial finance, banking and factoring institutions, in the structuring, documentation, workout and restructuring, of commercial finance, asset-based and cash flow lending, factoring, franchise financing and, equipment leasing transactions, including syndicated and international transactions. Mr. Hahn has also represented corporate borrowers in such transactions. Mr. Hahn received a BA degree from Queens College, a MS degree from Long Island University and his JD degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut and before the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut.
Mr. Hahn has an A/V rating (the highest rating) from Martindale Hubble and has been listed in the New York Metro Area edition of Super Lawyers since 2009. Mr. Hahn is a past president (1997-1999) of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys and served on the Board of that organization from 1983 to 2016.
