Mr. Kaplan represents clients in various Bankruptcy/Insolvency related matters and commercial matters, including Breach of Contract Actions, Collection matters, Litigation/Trial Practice, Business Litigation,  and General Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Kaplan graduated Brandeis University in 1988 and Boston University Law School in 1991.  Mitchell is admitted to the New York State Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
