Sarah D. Ragusa is an Associate in the Firm's Real Estate and Finance and Leasing practice groups. She represents financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, as well as business entities and individuals in various aspects of real estate law, including sales, acquisitions and leases. In addition to transactional experience, Ms. Ragusa also has experience in trusts and estates, foreclosure, collection, and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Ragusa received her Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2013, and her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from St. John's University.

Ms. Ragusa is a member of the New York State, Suffolk County, Nassau County and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Ragusa is also a member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys. She is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
