Linda Karen Mandel Gates is an Associate with Platzer, Swergold, Goldberg, Katz & Jaslow, LLP. Ms. Gates represents clients in various commercial matters, including Breach of Contract Actions, Commercial and Residential Foreclosures, Collection matters, Litigation/Trial Practice, Business Litigation,  Transactional Real Estate and General Commercial Litigation in New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Gates graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University in 1978 and the University of Chicago Law School in 1981.  Ms. Gates is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the New Jersey Bar.  Additionally, Ms. Gates is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
