Mr. Skolnick was born in New York, New York. He received his BA degree from Middlebury College, his LL.B degree from New York University School of Law, where he also received his LL.M degree (corporation law). He represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of practice areas including corporate and commercial transactions, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estates and trusts and trademark and intellectual property licensing. His experience includes litigation in numerous areas of law, including shareholder litigation, corporate and business issues, breach of contract, intellectual property, trademark infringement, and real property title issues. Mr. Skolnick’s litigation experience includes practice before state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Skolnick is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of New York; the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
